Cancellation of Appointments Policy

Lakeview Massage requests a 24-hour notice (from your appointment time the following day) for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will be treated as a missed appointment unless I can fill your time slot.

Missed Appointment Policy

In the event of a missed appointment without notification or extenuating circumstances, you will be charged as follows:

              Half of the session fee the first time.

              The full fee, thereafter.

Lakeview does not bill your insurance for a missed appointed session fee.  You are responsible for payment of these fees at your next scheduled appointment.
